Main ingredients: 1 pkg whole wheat macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, red bell pepper, dried beef, pickle, tomatoes (all chopped and amounts relative to personal preference)
Dressing: 2/3 c. canola oil 2 tsp mustard 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp dill weed 1 tsp salt 1 c. white vinegar 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp parsley
The chopped ingredients can be added at cook's discretion of taste as there is no specific amount of vegetables. We always just add some and more of what we like!
Mix the dressing together then combine all the ingredients together in a big bowl. Let sit overnight so everything soaks up the goodness.
Makes a lot of pasta salad and is a wonderful side for a bbq.
