Potatoes 2 Tbsp. bacon or ham drippings 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
Cut potatoes into French fries. Put drippings into pan until bubbly then add flour until it turns brown. Take off heat and then stir milk in. Stir on medium heat if too thick dilute with more milk. Add parsley flakes and onions. Top with grated cheese.
