2 cans cream corn
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. saltine crackers (crushed)
4 eggs
pepper to taste
2. c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at to 375.

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Dab with butter on top and bake for 1 hour.
