1 c. diced bacon
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onions
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 T. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
8 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
1 1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, drain. Return 4 T. bacon fat to skillet and add celery, onions, salt and flour. Cook gently. Add sugar,vinegar, pepper and water.
Bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes and bacon in 3 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350
