1 c pumpkin
2 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

Bake at 325 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased 15 x 10 in. pan.

3 oz. cream cheese
5 Tb butter
1 Tb vanilla
1 3/4 c Confectioner sugar
3-4 Tb milk adding 1 Tb at a time

Beat well and spread on cooled cake. Cut into bars
