1 head red leaf lettuce
I head Boston lettuce
I pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
1 Quart strawberries, hulled and halved
2 pound green grapes. cleaned and halved
4 ounces sliced almonds

Poppy Seed Dressing:

2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/3 cup light honey
5 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add fruit and nuts.
Drizzle with Poppy Seed Dressing. Toss and serve.

Poppy Seed Dressing:

Mix all ingredients except salad oil in a blender. Turn on blender and slowly drizzle salad oil into blender. Dressing will thicken to consistency of honey.
