4 cups quick oats
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup seedless raisins
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup finely shredded carrots
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients in a saucepan and heat until boiling......remove from heat after 1 minute.
Combine dry ingredients to saucepan and mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoons into a baking sheet. Refrigerate until hard. Remove and store in an airtight container.

Can spread in cake pan, cool then cut into squares and wrap individually to freeze.
Also good to substitute raisins with craisins, dried blueberries etc..
