4-5 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. pitted, sliced olives
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. broken corn chips
2 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded

In casserole, combine ground beef, onions, and green pepper. Microwave on high 3-5 min. or until meat looks pink and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Mix taco seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, olives and chili powder. Microwave on medium power 10-15 minutes or until thick. Blend sour cream, eggs, and pepper in a bowl. Place tortillas in a 12 x 18-inch pan. Top with 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 sour cream mixture, repeat. Then top with corn chips and cheese. Microwave 10-15 minutes on medium power (Rotate dish once).
