2 c. strawberries (Becky uses frozen whole strawberries - thawed)
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. unflavored gelatin
2 T. cold water
3 T. boiling water
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crush strawberries; add sugar and let stand. Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir gelatin into strawberries and allow to cool. Whip cream until stiff. When mixture is the consistency of heavy syrup, fold whipping cream into mixture. Allow to set.
