12 slices bacon
1/4 cup melted butter
3 cups croutons
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Cook bacon, crumble, set aside
Preheat over to 325
Grease 9x12 baking dish.
Place croutons in bottom of dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Crack eggs in bowl and mix
Add milk, peppers, mustard, salt, pepper and beat until well combined
Pour over croutons and cheese and sprinkle with bacon
Bake for 40 minute and let stand for 10 minutes

(This can sit overnight and be cooked in the morning)
