1/2 lb thin pork chops
1-2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 (10 3/4 oz) golden mushroom soup

Mix bread crumbs, garlic, thyme, and sage
Season pork chops with salt and pepper
Dip in beaten eggs then dredge in bread crumb mixture
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat
Brown chops - approx 10 minutes each side
Remove excess drippings
Pour wine over pork in skillet
Cover and cook until tender (20 minutes)
Stir in soup and simmer until blended and hot
