Spinach leaves (2 packages)
2 sliced pears
3/4 cup glazed walnuts
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Honey Balsamic Vinegar Vinaigrette ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 cloves fresh crushed garlic
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Vinaigrette dressing:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl to blend
Cover and refrigerate for up to a week
