Ingredients:  
1/3 cup butter
1 tbsp flour
1 medium onion - minced
1 pt oysters
1 tbsp fresh parsley - minced
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in iron skillet, add flour. Stir constantly until dark brown. Add onion, oysters and juice. Return to stove and cook until oysters curl. Add parsley, salt and pepper.

Serve immediately on buttered toast.
