8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. crab meat
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 green onion
1 large garlic clove
1/2 tsp. red onion
1 pkg. wonton wrappers

Directions:

Combine crab & cream cheese. Mix remaining filling ingredients 1 at a time. Lay out a wonton to form a diamond shape. Wet edges with water. Add a heaping t filling to the middle & spread. Fold edges of wonton. Seal. When oil is ready (360 to 375 degrees F), deep fry until golden brown, about 3 min. Pay close attention to the oil so that it does not burn and start a fire.
