2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
10 slices crisp bacon (crumbled)
1/3 cup sugar
2 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 - 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, raisins, and crumbled bacon.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and Parmesan cheese. Pour over salad and toss. Chill 4 or 5 hours.
