3 cups chopped fresh peaches
2 Tbs orange juice
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour, whole wheat or white
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup oats
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Puree one cup peaches with orange juice in a blender; set aside. In another large bowl, cream together the honey and butter. Stir in the eggs and peach puree. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats and nuts. Add to liquid mixture with remaining 2 cups chopped peaches. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
