2 tsp sugar per cup milk
4 egg yolks
4 packages yeast
Bread Flour

Directions:
To activate yeast: In glass, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp flour. Fill glass with warm water, add yeast. Mix well with spoon, set aside.

In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except flour and yeast. Mix well with wire whip. Place bowl on stove to take the chill out. Pour bread flour and mix to make it like a thin light batter. Add yeast mixture with your hands, adding more bread flour, and start kneading ... adding bread flour til desired consistency. Pour a little more oil on dough so it doesn't stick to bowl. Cover til doubles in bulk - at least an hour. Form into rolls, and bake 12 minutes or til brown.
