1 - 10 oz frozen corn - thawed
1/2c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped pimiento
1/4 c celery chopped
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c Basic Pickling Syrup

Combine first 6 ingredients and put in refrigerate.

Basic Pickling Syrup
1/2 c sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1-1/4 white vinegar

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Cool and refrigerate.

Makes 1-1/4 cups
