Approx 8 pcs. Chicken, skin on trim excess fat.
(I use, chicken thighs and wings, use what you like.)
Olive Oil
Balsalmic vinegar
Salt & pepper
3 green onions (the long ones) scallions,
Pitted, Kalamata olives
Sliced almonds

Heat oven to 365.
Rub chicken with olive oil,
Then rub with balsalmic vinegar.
Salt & pepper pieces,
Chop finely or mince 3-4 pieces garlic, sprinkle over.
Finely chop 3 green onions sprinkle over.
Scatter pitted, kalamata olives over chicken.

Cook for 1:15 minutes.
1/2 way through cooking sprinkle with sliced almonds.
