2 T. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut up butter into a 9-inch pie pan and set in oven until melted. Mix together the eggs, flour, and milk and pour into the pie pan over the melted butter. Lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with sour cream, brown sugar, and jelly. Or you can use syrup and fresh fruit.
