1 10 oz. pkg Rotini Noodles
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 8 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger or ground turkey in skillet; drain. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning; simmer. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add sour cream and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese to cooked noodles. Stir until cheese melts. Put noodle mixture in a glass casserole dish. Pour hamburger mixture on top. Heat 5 minutes in microwave or 20 minutes in conventional oven at 350. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

We have found this to be tastier if the meat and noodle mixture is stirred together before cooking.
