4 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 tbsp. flour
Additional powdered sugar and fresh raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Butter 4 (3/4 c.) custard cups or souffle dishes. Place on baking sheet.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in 1 cup powdered sugar until well blended. Blend in eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk. Stir in flour. Divide batter between prepared custard cups.

Bake 13-14 minutes or until sides are firm but centers are soft. Let stand 1 minutes. Carefully run small knife around cakes to loosen. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Serve immediately, each topped with additional powdered sugar and garnished with raspberries, if desired.
