5 - 6 (med.) sweet potatoes, baked & hot
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
dash of vanilla
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes & place in lg. mixing bowl. Add oleo, milk, sugar, & vanilla & beat until fluffy. Remove beaters from mixer. Do not scrape beaters. Fold 1 c. marshmallows & pour in 2 qt. Pyrex casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows & bake 350 until marshmallows begin to brown.
