1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. sugar 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 cup war water 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 cup flour
Mix yeast and warm water, let set for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Let set for 15 minutes. Remove to floured surface and knead 10 to 15 times. Smooth out onto pizza pan sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.
Hint: Cover hands with olive oil when kneading and flattening dough
