1 pound Sausage
1 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
2 tablespoons milk
5 large eggs beaten
1 package Crescent Rolls
1 cup finely chopped onion, optional
1 cup finely chopped bell pepper, optional
1 pound package thawed frozen hash browns
salt and pepper to taste
Picante Sauce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Press out crescent rolls on a round pizza pan. On top of rolls spread thawed hashbrowns, spread sausage over hashbrown, add onions (optional) and bell pepper (optional). Then pour eggs beaten with milk over top. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until brown.
