2 cups Instant Rice
1 jar of salsa, hot or mild
1/2 small onion chopped
1 package of taco seasoning
1/2 green bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In pan add 1 1/2 cups of water, heat to a boil, add half of taco seasoning, 1/2 of salsa, onion and pepper, heat until well mixed, add instant rice, mix well, turn off heat, add lid and let set for 5 minutes, take lid off and stir rice with fork. Set with lid off for 15 minutes, then serve.
