1/2 lb Chorizo
1 can black beans-do not drain
1/2 cup chopped onion
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can chopped black olives
3-4 tbsp taco sauce or picante sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chorizo in a skillet. Drain. Cook black beans and onion over medium heat in a separate skilledt for approximately 5 minutes.Mash the beans as they are heated.
Combine this mixture with the chorizo. Add tomato sauce, taco sauce, black olives. Thoroughly mix together.
Pour mixture into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly around the edge. Top with shredded cheese and bake a few more minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Then add the chopped green onion and once again, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
