Cake:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
3 T. melted shortening

Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. warm milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake: Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in a bowl & pour into a cake pan. Cook for 25 min. Icing: Combine ingredients & mix thoroughly.
