1 T. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 lb. chicken strips
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large, resealable gallon Ziploc bag; combine flour, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Add chicken 2 strips at a time and shake to coat. Drizzle olive oil and add butter in a lg. skillet. Cook chicken for 8-10 min.or until white. Turn periodically.
