6 baking potatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
2 T. minced garlic
2 T. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Scrub potatoes & pat dry; cut each into thin wedges. Place wedges in a lg. bowl. Pour olive oil over potatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic & Italian seasoning & toss to coat.

Place Parmesan in a lg. bowl, set aside. Arrange potatoes in a flat layer on baking sheets. Bake, turning once or twice until lightly browned & soft in center, about 30 min. Remove potatoes & toss with Parmesan
