1/2 C flour
2 C milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 C shredded coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
4 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender, on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie pan.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
