"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 teaspoon dried mint leaves 1 cup water 4 green tea bags
Steep the contents of green tea bags and mint leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and cool before pouring into a spray bottle, then spritz on face and neck. Green tea is an astringent that loosens dirt and oil in clogged pores and whisks away impurities, while the phenol in mint soothes skin.
