Frozen hashbrowns 1 pkg Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup Cream of mushroom soup 1 can Minced onion 1/4 cup Sour cream or milk 1 cup
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish crumble corn flakes or plain chips over top drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top.Sprinkle with grated mozzerella cheese. bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes
