1/4 c whole raspberries, whole, frech or frozen
1/4 c raspberry vinegar
1/4 c honey
1 t. fresh thyme leaves or 1/4 t dried
1/2 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place raspberries, vinegar, honey, and thyme in blender. Turn on blender and mix well. With the blender running , slowly add oil. Dressing will thicken as the mixture emulsifies.
