2 boxes of Lemon-Lime jello (or 1 box each) 1 cup whipping cream 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese 1 cup marshmellows 1 cup crushed drained pineapple
Desolve jello in 2 cups boiling water, add 8 - 10 ice cubes, stir until melted. Let jello partially set, then whip until foamy and light in color. Soften cream cheese with fork. Whip the whipping cream and add both to jello and whip until thoroughly mixed. Add marshmellows & pineapple. Pour into mold and refrig
