2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 Tbls. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 Tbls. sugar
large can cherry pie filling

Mix together 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine. Press into a large glass pan.

Soften two 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, combine with 1 cup sugar, 2 T milk and 1/4 tsp. almond extract. Mix until well blended and spread mixture on the crust. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Combine 2 cups heavy whipping cream and 4 Tbls. sugar, whip until stiff and spread over nuts. Put a large can of cherry pie filling over the whipped cream and chill until ready to serve. Can be made the day before. Makes 16 servings. (Recipe can be cut in half and use a 8" square glass pan.)
