1 bunch celery
1 hicama, diced
2 onions
1 bag of bean sprouts
3 lbs. hamburger, lean, fried
Shredded carrots if desired




Directions:
Directions:
Cut up onion, celery, jicama into fine pieces. Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion to cooked hamburger. Add the rest. Turn off heat. Add sprouts and stir. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce plus salt and pepper. Stir and drain. Get Golden Dragan wrappers or any other brand. Spoon in mixture
to center and wrap by bringing up 2 sides and roll.
Put water on edge to seal. Drop into pan with hot oil to brown. Drain and serve.
