3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated Zucchini
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
3 cups flour
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add oil, sugar,zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, sifted together. Pour into 3 loaf pans and bake at 325F till done. May add raisins if desired.
