1 Head Cabbage
1/2 large bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup Wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage, bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle with sugar. Set aside. Mix vinegar, salt and celery seed, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add Wesson oil, return to heat and bring to boil for second time, lower heat and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over cabbage, mix well. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.
