2 Cups Boiling Water
1/4 Cup Vinegar (apple cider is best but may use white)
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs - separated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until they are thick, add 1 cup sugar, add flour and salt, beat well. Place in double boiler. Add hot water slowly, stirring constantly. Add Vinegar, continuing stirring until mixture is thick and smooth. Add lemon juice. Pour into baked pie crust, cover with meringue (be sure to seal edges). Place in oven and brown meringue to your liking.
