1 1/2 Cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon cornmeal
1/4 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly, add other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325F until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
