4 - 6 cans Shitake mushrooms
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup butter
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & saute onion until translucent. Drain mushrooms & add to the pan with some salt & pepper. Cook on medium to low heat for about 20 min. Taste & if needed add more butter, salt & pepper.
