1/3 c milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c butter or margarine
4 plain croissants, cut in half crosswise
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a pie pan stir together milk and eggs. In 10 inch skillet or on griddle, melt 2 Tbls butter over medium heat. Dip 4 croissant halves into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place croissants halves, cut side down, in skillet. Cook, turning once, until golden brown (3-4 min on each side). Repeat with remaining butter and 4 croissant halves. Dust croissant halves with powdered sugar.
