sweet potatoes
extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste

dipping sauce:
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ends off sweet potatoes. Cut into thin slices. Lay potatoe slices on baking sheet in single layer. Lightly coat slices with EVOO and salt. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
