3-4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 family size package chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
10-12 flour tortillas
1 large can enchilada sauce (we like Old El Paso mild or green chili)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Follow box instructions for rice. In large bowl, combine rice, chicken, sour cream and cheese. Place mixture in tortillas, roll-up and place in plan. Pour sauce and sprinkle more cheese over tortillas. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
