4 thinly sliced pork loins 2 large eggs 1 cup bread crumbs(Italian seasoned) 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 6 T olive oil
Put eggs, cheese, and bread crumbs in seperate dishes. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Coat with cheese. Dip in egg. Coat with bread crumbs. Heat olive oil over medium heat and cook till golden, about 6 minutes per side.
