4 chicken breasts
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup PEPPERIDGE FARM stuffing mix
3 T butter
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
tony chachere's to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place breasts in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle breasts lightly with salt, pepper and tony chachere's. Top with cheese slices (may use swiss if you like it). Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over evenly. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing. Bake, covered 30 minutes at 350 . Uncover, bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve over rice.
