4 large chopped tomatoes
3 cloves garlic diced
2/3 cups fresh cilantro
1/2 large onion chopped finely
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 jalapeņo pepper seeded and chopped finely
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and lime juice in a bowl. Add the jalapeņos in increments and taste test to make sure the salsa is not too hot. Salt to taste. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving to allow the ingredients to blend together.
