2 - 16 oz. cans of pinto or kidney beans drained
2 - 14 oz. cans tomatoes(1 can with diced jalapeņos)
2 lbs. ground chuck or round or sirloin beef, browned and drained
2 medium size onions coarsely chopped
1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 to 3 T of chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
salt to taste

Put all ingredients in Crock-pot in order as listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or High for 5 to 6 hours
