3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup water

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake:
In large mixing bowl place flour, cocoa, sugar; make well in center and add butter, eggs and vanilla, mix well with spoon or electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350F 30 to 35 minutes or until pick inserted into middle comes out clean.

Frosting:
Place all ingredients in medium mixing bowl and with hand mixer mix on low to medium speed 2 minutes or until smooth.
